Previous to this order, I had placed an order for two subscriptions and they were completed and arrived as ordered. Having had success, I then ordered two additional subscriptions (Guideposts and Popular Mechanics). The order was placed on March 30, 2008 with scheduled delivery for the magazines to begin approximately May 11, 2008 and June 8, 2008. Obviously, magazines did not come and when I tried to follow-up, I did get an email response BUT when I tried to send them a response, I kept getting emails back that stated my emails came in blank and asking if I needed help. This was done at least six times. I called and left messages but no one returned the calls. Now when I call, I am placed on Hold and then shortly thereafter, the call is terminated and I get a dial tone.

I have reported this to our states BBB.
