MB Hot Planet Customer Service Fraudulent Billing for $39.99 San Diego California

I just checked my bank account and I see that a check was electronicaly wriiten for $39.99 and withdrawn from my checking account. I called the 866 number on the check Only to get an individual that said they are a billing company for 100's of companies, and that Hot Planet is a company in Greece that they bill for but they co not have any info on them. I asked for his company address and or main corporate address and he said they can not give that our for secruity reasons. I told him I was going to contact my bank and that I wanted this fraudelent transaction stopped and cancelled, he said it would take about 10 days for the refund. This does not seem legitemate
