Mobile Messenger - America Mobile Messenger America Is A Predator, A Scam Internet

This company preys on the weak, uninformed, and, all the loopholes in the cell phone billing system. Someone can essentially enter your cell phone number on an internet page and "wham", you are now signed up for a ridiculous text messaging service. You may not even know what text messaging is, or be a user, but you will be paying $9.99 per month to find out. It will take you innumerable phone calls to them to get it cancelled, and, they'll say that they'll issue you a refund, but I haven't seen one yet.

Mobilize, people. Write your state's Attorney General Consumer Affairs Division. That's the only way to stamp-out these types.

This company settled a class-action suit a few years ago (below), but they are right back to same old tricks.
