My Info Guard - I noticed the charge of $12.95 on my Verizon bill when I was checking to see why it was running so high. I have no idea who they are and did not authorize them to charge my telephone bill. Internet

My Verizon bill is paid by draft on the internet. I do not get a paper bill each month. I did, however, notice that my Verizon bill was higher than it should be, so I called them. They told me that I have been paying my info guard an amount of $12.95 each month since July of 2008. I did not authorize this charge and am not familiar with the company or what they do.

I called Info Guard today and they said they could credit me for 3 months, and in order to get credit for the other 8 months, I would have to write you a letter.
