National Credit Solutions - BMG Music Oklahoma Re-Aging Accounts Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Upon checking my credit report today, I noticed there was an derogatory account listed by National Credit Solutions. Thinking I had been the victim of identity theft, I searched for the company and gave them a ring. Turns out this is an account from 2000, that they have conveniently "RE-AGED" to 2005. ILLEGALLY reporting to my credit agency that this account is from 2005.
 
I filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) just prior to this posting. I tried to file a complaint with the Oklahoma BBB, but they don't seem to accept complaints regarding "business practices" Turns out NCS is a member of the BBB since 02/2009, and have already established an astounding 360 complaints within a 36 month period. I guess they had complaints prior to joining the BBB.

I seem to recall a class action lawsuit that addressed the issue with BMG Music and deceptive business practices in the early 2000's ? Does any one else recall this? This company along with BMG needs to be put out of business. They are very popular on here, as well as search engines. Lets get rid of the crappy businesses with illegal practices out there!!!
