National Enterprise Systems Is using Scare Tactics! Solon Ohio

i was contacted by a lawyers office on a unknown phone number reguarding a HSBC acct that was a little overdue , i was told that my account was void due to not agreeing to terms with a comapny called Arrow .. i got the phone # from the lawyers office and called and it was directed to a company called NES there i spoke with Michael Waters who constantly threatened to sue me unless i paid 500.00 that minute or i could pay 1400.00 now and 1400 next month and settle the account or they were going to sue..

he said that i never returned phone calls ( which there was NEVER any voicemails at my house left by them ) or answered any letters ( never recieved any) I told him i was unable to pay anything at this time and i would contact HSBC directly i didnt like the way he was threatening me he told me they would not deal with me that they were done with me..

then i called HSBC who reffered me directly to Arrow at a different # and spoke with a woman there who said they have only had my acct barely a month that the guy at NES is using scare tactics and its illegal that i should write them a letter and fax into them stating i did not want to deal with NES ( who owns Arrow) anymore that i wanted to work directly with someone at Arrow which i will be sending a letter to them tommorow.. we called Michael waters back and spoke to his superior and they then advised me they would not discuss anything further with me they would only speak to my legal rep..

so they were using scare tactics on a account that is not even old.. right now we cannot afford legal help , so we cannot defend ourselves against this kind of action .. i am trying to get legal help through my job through Omnilaw but will be unable to pay any fees after my free phone consultation
