I received undated notice which states after receiving this notice I must dispute the validity of the dept or any portion thereof within 30 days. Also says I must write to them within 30 days after receiving this notice and the office will provide me with the name and address of the original creditor, if diffrerence from the current creditor. Amount of invoice is $15,971.56. I do not have any information regarding either of these companies other than this notice and I certainly do not owe anyone this amout of money. My credit is clean and I am turning this letter over to my attorney.
