Net Detective, Net Detective Plus, Harris Digital Publishing, Deborah J. Stanley A Class Action Suit Is Needed Deland Florida

Robert of Heathrow, Florida stated in a recent complaint here that what is needed is a class action law suit. However, his contact information was deleted - which is unfortunate for so many of us who have been victims and can't contact each other.

Nothing can be accomplished by trying to deal direct with this company. I know this company is a complete scam because most responsible companies who encounter complaints will do the right thing and refund an unhappy customers money.

Why was I an unhappy customer? Because once I signed up for their services, I was unable to access a log on page. I was not able to use the services I had signed up for!

I would suggest that everyone having a similar experience contact the State of Florida's Attorney Generals Office and file a formal complaint. Perhaps then something will be done to investigate this company and put them out of business.

Telephoning them, emailing them or faxing them will get you absolutely nowhere.
