These folks are unbelievable!! I called them over two years ago and was told they would send me instructions and a return authorization for the equipment I had leased from them 5 years earlier. My office staff did not inform me that it was never sent and I paid $59.08/mo. for another 2 years before the business was sold. While closing out the books it was discovered I was still paying for the equipment even though it was still new, unused and in the box. I called their company to try to get it resolved but I only got voicemail and no return phone calls responding to my calls. Every person you talk to when they call you is only interested in collecting future payments and badger you rather than try to resolve the issue. So, I returned the equipment to them 6 months ago. They still do not acknowledge receipt of the equipment even though it was sent by USPS with receipt for delivery. I will not call them on the phone because they lie about conversations held before. I send them letters and attach copies of all prior correspondence each time. They still threaten me with legal action even though they have the equipment, they were paid for 7 years, the equipment was never used and they never followed through on the promised advertising. The sales person that sold me the lease is, of course, out of business. (I was told by him at the time of signing that all I had to do was call him and he would come pick up the equipment.) So, I have paid over $4,500 for services never received and am being billed for equipment I do not have and have never used. Letters are never answered except with another threat of legal action against the person who guaranteed the lease but without acknowledging receipt of any letters from me. There are too many reputable companies to deal with out there. This is not one of them. I see reports of 4 year leases for less than $40/mo. from these guys and I feel jealous!! When they say Noncancellable (which was only told to me upon attempting to cancel the second time) they mean forever!!
