I had a home loan with Wells Fargo for $118.000. For some reason unknown to me it ended up with Ocwen Financial Services and was increased by $100.000. Thus making the amount $218,000. The loan was then sold to HSBC for $218,000 thus more than doubling my house payment.

I called HSBC and they told me to contact Ocwen. I called and was informed by Broshant in India that he could not transfer me to that dept. He stated he would contact the dept and have them send me by mail the loan information. I asked him what address he had and he said he could not see that screen. He then told me he would email me the info. I asked him what email address he had and again he told me he could not see that screen. I offered him both address and email and he declined my offer. He assured me that in 4 to 7 days I would receive this information. I have not received anything from Ocwen.     

I located the email address for an ombudsmen for Ocwen. I wrote to him and as of yet, no information has been sent back.

Can someone shed some light on this matter?.
