We did request that Mr. TC Reid provide us with references regarding his portfolio on OneModelPlace.com as he signed up for the site stating that he was a creator of Adult (pornographic) Films.

OneModelPlace does have a number of respectable Adult-Industry producers using our site to cast for their projects. We hold these members to a high standard of conduct (which is clearly explained in the User Agreement). Most are very professional and have no problem following the rules of the site, or conducting themselves in a professional and ethical manner, nor have any legitimate producers ever had any issue with proving that they were creating legitimate films for commercial distribution. 

We have no interest in obtaining a 'client list' for any other purpose than to verify the legitimacy of his business - we are a professional portfolio hosting site, not a production company.

As it is illegal to film "adult" activities unless those productions are being used for legitimate, commercial distribution; we do require all members who join OMP for those purposes to prove that they are a legitimate member of the Adult Film Industry.

This prevents models from being contacted by people who are not legitimate entities in the Adult Film Industry for fake assignments involving this type of work.

After identifying that the main photo on his OMP Portfolio was owned by (and was the main image on) springbooty.com, we required that Mr. Reid furnish us with the name of his contact at that company.  We did this for several reasons:

1) to verify whether or not the photo in questions was created by Mr. Reid, and not used in violation of copyright.

2) to verify if Mr. Reid's claim of working for springbooty.com was true, and that he was producing "adult" materials for legitimate, legal purposes.

Mr. Reid refused to verify any adult company or website he worked for, and when we contacted the company in question, they did not reply that they had ever heard of Mr. Reid.

While waiting for a response from a company whose photography was on Mr. Reid's Portfolio, he performed a charge-back on his credit card.

At that point we closed the account for violations of our user agreement and copyright violations.

We clearly state in our User Agreement that infractions that cause an account to be closed due to violations of our User Agreement or illegal activity WILL cause the account to be closed without warning or refund but it didn't even come to that as Mr. Reid canceled his subscription payment when we attempted to verify the legitimacy of his business.
