ONLINE BIZ/ MARKETING BEWARE OF ADVERTISEMENTS ABOUT FEDERAL GRANT INFO.... BIG RIPOFF Scottsdale Arizona

This company represents Online Biz/Marketing (A company advertising information about Federal Grants). I noticed a unauthorized charge on my bank statement and I was amazed. I did a little research and found a number to the company (thanks to another Ripoff Report filed against the company). I spoke to a Customer Service Rep named Spencer and he told me it was a charge for Federal Grant Information that was sent to me on July 22, 2008; but here's the funny part, I never got the information. Well he laughed as if I were lying to him and cancelled my "account" and gave me a confirmation code. But wait, the story gets better. After getting into a heated debate with Spencer, he puts me on hold for a very long time (as if I didn't know he wasn't talking to his supervisor about me, probably lying). His name was Chris. As soon as he answered the phone he was very smart. I tried for as long as I could to remain calm and professional. He proceeded to call me stupid and then asked if I wanted the information resent out to me? LOL!!!!! I told him that was stupid of him to ask and then he called me stupid and crazy for calling him, waisting his time and lying. Can you believe it????? The nerve of him!!!!! I asked him is that how he spoke to his "customers" and he said yeah when they are stupid and lying to get what they want. I told him that the Attorney Generals Office from Scottsdale, AZ would be contacting him about this and he said good so they can see that you are lying and it can discredit your name. After saying all this, guess what he did next????? That's right, he hung up the phone. These people are rude, unprofessional, and need to be put out of business.
