Paypal Yet another case of Paypal stealing money from its customers with impunity Internet

I sold a (NICE) cell phone to someone who said they were going to take it to Mexico. They paid me via Paypal and gave it to their daughter (who then took it to Mexico). The buyer confirmed ordering (and reciept) of the phone in e-mail, then a month later expressed remorse and wanted a refund. I agreed to provide a pro-rated refund based on the usage at the time the phone was sent back. Buyer filed a claim with Paypal and I explained (within 24 hours of getting the request for information) what had happened - including providing the tracking number of the completed shipment. 3 days later I get a e-mail from Paypal reversing the entire transaction - GIVING THE BUYER ALL OF THE MONEY BACK - while the BUYER GETS TO KEEP THE PHONE!!

This is simply INSANE.
