First, I agree with the parents who say the cost of these trips should be reveild before you are supposed to take your child to the presentation. However, my daughter was so excited and her mother and I believed that this would be a once in a lifetime opportunity. So we proceeded to make the appropiate payments which was quite a sacrifice as we are a lower, middle income family. Unfortunetly due to the economy my hours of work were reduced from sixty hours per week or more to thirty hours or less for quite some time. Now, we are able to make payments again but we have run out of time, people to people want to disinrole my daughter from the program and refund zero percent of the money we have paid so far, totaling over three-thousand dollars. My advice to anyone considering a people to people adventure is dont consider it if you dont have seven-thousand dollars to pay up front.

File a report with your state's attorney general. This company promotes a solid safety record and a golden standard of safety when many students have been either molested, lost, killed, or injured to to the negligence of their leaders. Site www.tylerhill.org
I wish you peace. You deserve your money back. This company solicits innocent children under the guise of selling peace for profit as a 'privilege' and Eisenhower's legacy, which it is not.
Be brave.
We wish you peace
Tyler's proud mom. So proud I do not need to hide behind the anonymity of the Internet such as People to People.
In peace,

Our son decided to pull out of the program three months in given his experience with the local "delegation's" lack of communication and chaotic meetings. Ambassadors Group told him that he was going to lose $500 of his hard earned money, so we're filing a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office. This company made $31.1M in 2007, don't let them get away with ripping you off! File the complaint right away! It's free, it's easy, and most state AG's are very good about protecting their citizens from actions like this.
