Pioneer Media Credit Card Fraud Internet

In checking my October Visa Credit Card Statement, I discovered that Pioneer Media LLC 000-0000000 MA, on October 11, 2008, charged $11.89 without authorization.

I never conducted any business with this company. I do not know this company.

Since there was no address or phone number available for this company, I checked the Internet and discovered on one Website that other people had the same problem. They were charged the identical amount of $11.89 during the month of October 2008.

My Internet purchases are very limited and rare, and I do them with trusted companies over secure sites.

Obviously this is a fraud, and I reported the incident to the bank that issued my credit card.

I did not report it to the police since Pioneer Media 000-0000000 MA is an out-of-state entity and I had no physical or Website address to provide. Nor did I have a telephone number. Additionally, I never lost or misplaced my credit card. Neither have I left the card “in the open” for anyone to copy the information.

Naturally, I closed the account in question and filed a compaint.
