I recently was told by Lance at Model Productions, that he,(Lance) had paid for my son's "photo cards" needed for his modeling contract. Lance instructed me to call this company Procards to find out when they would be shipping me the cards promised. When I first called, the lady told me that she didn't have my address so that's why they weren't shipped. That was 9/29/08. I gave her my address and she assured me that the merchandise would be mailed and I should recieve it within 2-3 days.
I never recieved it, so I called back on 10/3/08. The person I spoke with said again, they didn't have an address. I told them that I had called prior and gave them the address and was promised to recieve merchandise within 2-3 days.
Once again they promised to send it. On 10/13/08, I called back requesting a tracking number confirming that they had shipped merchandise. They put me on hold for several minutes and finally came back and said they would call me back within an hour.
About 4-5 hours later I called them back because no one ever returned my call, and they hung up on me. I immediately called back and they would not answer the phone.
Here it is 3 weeks later, and still nothing.
