Property Solutions Specialists, Inc They did not perform and refuse to send me my refund. the counsel tricked me to signing release form Miami Florida

Company refuse to send me my refund after they lied to me before signing up with them. my house went on sale and had to hire an attorney to try and save my house. they deboted $1495 out of my account on July 17, 2008. On Aug 13th I called Jeff Kaiser (VP) and ask for my refund back because they did not perform and lied to me about contacting my lender and negotiating with them I contacted my lender and they told me no one from Property solutions have ever contacted them on my behalf. for the last 2 months I have been trying to call them but they refuse to take my calls. I get hang ups when they know it is me calling. They also sent me a referral check for $250 for referring a friend and that check bounced and they also refuse to return and refund that amount to me. as of Monday sept. 29th the in house counsel contacted me and ask me to sign a release and they will refund the $1495. to this date I have not heard from him. I called him friday and he confirmed receiving origina NOTARIZED FORM FROM ME BUT HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THEY WILL BE SENDING THE CHECK. he just wanted to use the signed form from me te show BBB of florida that they settled with me which is exactly what he did. Ken Hamel contacted BBB on Oct 1, 2008 before he even received the original signed form from me, when he claims they must received prior to sending money, he told BBB they settled with me. this company and their services are all SCAM!!!
