Pure Acai Berry Charged my account. When I returned the product they said it was after the 30 day limit but they had no problem with that when they gave me a RMA number to return it with. Internet

The web site is very deceiving. When I ordered the trial sample I ordered 2 diffrent products. I cancelled the subscription in the ten days it called for but there was no mention that I had to go to another web site to cancel the 2nd product I ordered. When I called Acai to cancel they gave me an RMA number to send the product back at which time the $29.76 they deducted from my account would be credited back to my account. This did not happen. When I called to check on the credit I was told the amount of time I had to return the product was off by one day and I would not receive a credit nor could I get the product I returned. When I asked to speak to the person who told me to return the product he was not working. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they were in a meeting. This is so stupid. How can people keep getting away with this. I think the banks shoud have tougher regulations on how these people can draft our account without our knowledge.
