Pure-g-health..com - Acai- Berry - power Colon Cleanse charged unauthorized charges to my credit card and won't respond to my emails or phone calls INTERNET

I trialed Acai-Berry and colon cleanse for the free trial. Next thing I know I am receiving them as an order and I did not order more. Was under the impression it was just a trial and if you wanted to continue you would place an order. Did not realize if you did not cancel the trial you would continue with the product.

The trial offer was $5.95 for S&H next thing I know I have three different charges on my card for this one trial. I also received 2 different colon cleansers! One from China that has no website or number to contact them. Expressberry answered and cancelled my account with a confirmation number--that charge was 87.13. Also homehealth store had a charge for same product and they also answered my call and cancelled order with a confirmation number-that was 85.90.

However pure-g-health will not answer my call..keep me on hold for 30min at a time, stating all representatives are busy. I also sent an email to www.myordersupport.com, which they said on their line you could also access your account from there, they stated they sent my password to my email account so I could access the site to view my account. It's been over 24hr and I have yet to receive an email with password. I called again today and same thing happened on hold for 20min so I chose option to leave a message and have them to return my message.The charge from them is 79.95. All these charges for one free trial of a product, which was suppose to be just cost of S&H.

Told them if I so not receive return call within 48hr, I will take legal action. I just think it's a shame that companies can scam people like this and get away with it. Something needs to be done! you're already out of money that they scammed from you and then have to pay a lawyer to get it stopped! Very frustrating.
