I bought my first travel trailer here in May. Waited 3+ weeks for delivery because they are so busy.... Nothing was done before I arrived in Ramona to pick it up. They had to give me a "used" demo hitch because they didn't have the right one. I waited around for 8.5 hrs that day while they did nothing. I had to make an extra trip the sales office (San Marcos) because they had to use a different bank and then had to increase the price by $1,000 to get me the best rate. I receiveced an IOU or a copy of the "check request" form. This is useless of course because it has now been 45 days and no check.... I got Riped OFF!!!

If you want to buy an RV, don't buy it here.
