After breaking down on a major interstate, I called for a towing service to tow me to the nearest town for a repair. The driver called and said that he could not locate me and went 30 miles in the wrong direction.
After calling me again to find out if I knew exactly where I was, he stated that he would have to charge me not only for the tow, but for all of the miles that he traveled trying to locate me.

When he wrote up my bill, the total was for 3 times the # of miles that he towed my vehicle.I had no recourse at the time to do anything but pay him.
This is a huge rip-off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
