SUNTRUST BANK This bank will screw you over in NSF fee's, even if you screw up yourself they make it worse. It is too long of a story to put on here. But someone needs to watch the way they do people. The way they collect on NSF fee's. Keep things pending when you have already contacted the other company and they have received their money. Suntrust watches your account just to see if you screw up when you have to live payday to payday. They will keep something pending just to screw you. Then they will take all the pending items and apply them at once.They take the NSF fee's for all, even if you have enough money to cover for some so that all do not bounce. They will hold the lowest amounts of money spent as pending. Instead of one large mistake, they will create several mistakes, which gives them more money in NSF fee's. When I have notifed them of this, they say an item is pending until the other company receives their money. This is not true because I have contacted the other company also. They have even took something off of the account and apply the money back just to try and fool me. Unfortunately, I screwed up and it costed me alot more than it should have, and there is nothing I can do about it. I think someone should watch some of their accounts. The ones that can't afford to save any money, because of things like this.
