This report is corcerning retesting that was mandated by the Tennessee Department of Safety advising that I have not been properly tested for issuance of a commercial driver's license(CDL) and my CDL will be cancelled. I was trained and attended SWIFT Professional Driving Academy and completed the course. My CDL are cancel and SWIFT is still want to collect on my student loan. Please send me the contact information if a lawyer is interested in my particular case or is possibly starting a class-action lawsuit.

I am willing to be contacted by the media, a consumer advocate, lawyer or government authority to help further my cause or to help with an investigation against the business or individual I am reporting.

So, you're going to sit on your butt and wait on some unknown person to contact YOU to help YOU out ???? Get up off your lazy can and do the work yourself !! What do you think - Lawyers are hanging out on this website, just waiting for a chance to do some pro bono work ?????? Get a life !!!! And while you are in your current unenployed situation, why don't you go take the English courses you failed in high school ???? A 3rd grader has better spelling and grammar skills than you.

lithonia, ga, there is help and a class action lawsuit with drivers in your situation involving your license. you need to contact ooiada for it right now while its still under investigation. as for alabama, this gentleman can at least spell correctly, unlike you who can't even spell unemployment correctly. so don't be part of the problem by putting people down, try to help be a solution to the problem.
