I was in need of assistance for a traffic ticket I got in California. At first I was going to go to the court to fight the ticket myself. But a traffic ticket agent referred me to ticket bust.com. I just wanted to know how they could help me. Then I kept getting phone calls from various agent urging me to hurry up and let them help me with my ticket (they called me 3 times a day). I then sent in the paperwork which they had requested 14 days prior to the court date and my bail money as well as $246.00 for court svcs and their fees. I never received a copy of what they wrote to the court or anything. I then received my notice from the court stating that I had been denied. I then called ticket bust for my money. They said no. they wer going to appeal the case. They were suppose to send me paperwork to appeal by e-mail and fax to my job. I never receive neither. I called them 3 times and no one called me or e-mailed me or even faxed me.
3 months later I called and asked them where was my money and they said I did not allow ticketbust.com to estabilish an appeal for TR-220 or failed to proceed with the appeal process in court. I spoke to an ignorant, agumentative young man by the name of Steve, who refused to give his last name because he just thought I was being rude for asking.

First of all they don't represent you in court. Next, they only write a trial by declaration which you could do yourself for free. You could also have sent your own bail money in and if the court decides to reduce your ticket. The court will send you the difference. Don't be lazy or think that someone else can solve your problem do it yourself and if you fail they that's shame on you. Besides you won't be out of $246.00 like myself and many others, you will have only paid for your bail which you probably owed anyway.
