I received the letter stating that i was one of the winners of a shoppers sweepstakes, (which i never entered my name in ) so my first instinct is that its fraud. It states that i was one of 20 declared winners and that i won $250,000.00.

It comes with a check of $4,890.00, and states in the letter not to cash it until i call my claim agent, and of course it also says that i had to send $2985.00 which is the tax amount, to be sent by either moneygram or western union.

I looked this company up online and came across with fraud reports for this same letter.

If youve received this letter DO NOT FALL FOR IT!. Best thing to do is to report it.
