i was charged 49.95 per month since at least aug of 2011 for a service i did not order they said something i ordered on internet and was to be cancelled trial period therefore charges were non refundable i did not receive emails nor anything by mail they need to refund me 250.00 said they would give me 100.00 voucher to use in store for shopping
