United Benefit Advantage Received a call, but no idea what was going on.

I am not to sure of the date, but I received a call from some people. I dont know who it was and I cannot recall why they had called me. Like a fool I gave them information but as I DO recall I did not hear them mention unitedbenefitadvantage. Thats very upsetting. I wish I would have known better, but unfortunately I fell victim unknowingly. I tried to call a number I had received but the lady was very unhelpful and refused to cancel a service they had given me.

Please allow me to offer my sincere apology for your experience and provide a clear explanation of who we are and what we do.
We at CBSI design & customize discounted benefit membership programs for separate third party businesses. CBSI, does not sell, bill, or tele-market the program's directly to consumers.
The Third Party Businesses provide their program/s to their customers as an added benefit at no charge or market their customized program/s to consumers as an opportunity to join their club.
“United Benefit Advantage” is one of many programs that we've designed for our clients. We provide the benefits & services within the “United Benefit Advantage” program, to its members. We do not sell or bill the program to its member's or to consumer's.
The representatives in our Customer Service Call Center only answer in-bound calls, made from the program members. Our call center does not place calls to consumers with attempts to sell memberships.
We apologize that you were not provided with the proper service you requested, and I would like to see to it that all your issues are resolved to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
