United Legal Investigation ,United Legal Investigation Bureau threating calls at work Nationwide California

Today I received a call from a man identifying himself as Officer Eric Jacobson. I could barely understand what he was saying due to his heavy middle eastern accent, but he left a message on my work phone saying my SSN and advising me to contact him about fraudulent activity that I may be involved with. He stated that if I did not contact him, he would be forced to contact my supervisors at work about this fraudulent matter. He told me he could be reached at 607-330-0158, but when I called this number it was disconnected.

I immediatley went to the internet to look up the company he said he was affiliated with, The United Legal Investigation Bureau, but the only site I found was the RipOff Report web site. After reading similar testimonies, I also decided to file a report.

My concerns are how this individual got my SSN and my work cell phone number and especially what else of my personal information that he has. He called twice, but I was driving so I did not answer the phone, but when I got to work this information was left on my voicemail.
