While applying for a loan, USA benefits popped up I entered no, the page then refreshed and had changed the no to a yes, also my income amount was changed. I tried to correct this but it flashed to the next screen. I didn't think anything of it until I noticed a charge of 49.95 on my bank account. I then asked the bank for a phone number for the company and was told that there wasn't one.

I then got on the computer and crossed referenced companies. It wasn't easy but I found them! I called over and over cause they kept hanging up. But in the end I got a person who didn't, explained my situation, she was not trying to hear me out until I mentioned I was going to report them to the better business bureau! then I was told that a supervisor would be refunding my suppose non refundable fee!!!!! I have given you all the information that helped me so use it!
