Vanderbilt Mortgage,!lisha Morman! Domique Smith!& All The Other 100 Reps We Have Spoken To they say we didnt make a payment for sept 08,& they are charging us for inurance even though we have provided proof of our own Maryville, Tennessee

well,where do i begin? we have been going round & round with these idiots for almost 2 months. 1st because they say we hadnt made a payment That we were behind a month. so, i sent them proof that we had made that payment. bankstatments photocopies everything! they are still saying we owe that payment. my bank is going to even fax them proof of payment (we did the payment through our bill pay)now they say we owe them for insurance that we "had" thru them. we cancelled it & obtained our own insurance & sent proof of insurance.

i set them proof of insurance all the way back from 2006 they themselves even sent us proof of cancelation the insurance was cancelled on 8/14/08. well ,they still want us to pay for that insurance (even though it has been cancelled!?) i have been faxing them the info now for about a week.& They had the nerve to tell me to stop sending stuff that they had enough info. well, apparently not if you are still charging for insurance that i cancelled & A Payment i already made!

i have been past around to some many reps it is pitiful.& our payment is due on the 1st & on the 2nd they are calling. they dont like it when YOU are pushy with them & demand answers & have your paper work in order. i will cont. to stay on their a** in till they fix our account i will call & fax in till all is done.& Hound that "account representative" like they hound us!there are evil idiots & every single person on here that has written a complaint needs to report them to the better business bureua & who ever else they can be reported to!!!

enough is enough we as consumers have rights & its time vanderbilt gets those rights shoved in their faces! do they not know that if it wasnt for we the consumers their sorry a**es would be outta business!!!?

oh! then we requested a payment history for the past 2 years & our acount "rep"mrs domique smith said they couldnt give us that? what the hell? then why do they have it on the back of our statement 1 year of ymnt history 5.00? then they say well you signed on for insurance for 2 years you owe us in till june 09. my a** i do! i never i said anything stating that!

i them proof of insurane & all i am paying them is our reg pmnt & faxg them proof of insurance every month in till these idiots take it off! why do i want theie ins. anyway they only cer their own a**es not mine if my house burns down or tornado comes or anthing else i am not covered! what good is that? bring on that class action lawsuit i am ready!!!
