I have had very bad troubles with this company, so bad that I was forced to file a complaint against them with BBB in New Jersey. To date, they have falsely advertised services ( I was locked out of my Voice Mail from day 1 ), they have slammed me ( they changed me from unlimited plan to a much lesser plan that resulted in costing me money ), and they have flat out lied about handling my problems to BBB, a fact that when called on it they have in fact admitted that I contacted them much earlier than they claimed. This company's customer care is a joke, and it is clear to me after many calls and finally contact through the website that they have no interest in actual customer care, they are only interested in what money they can scam out of the public masses. I have further investigated, and I have seen countless complaints against them for similar problems with other people worldwide, which just proves that the only thing Virgin is interested in is scamming people out of their hard earned money. I would be very interested in a Class action against them, and if I am able to, i will be glad to start one up. This company has gone for far too long without punishment for scamming the public, and they need to be punished for their actions.
