After placing my order I received the following note (In order to further verify your order, we will need to speak with you on the phone. Please call our Verification department at 1-800-815-2040 Ext. 210 Clark so we may verify and complete processing your order.)

I called and was told that the GPS unit did not come with a power charger and if I wanted to order a slow or fast charger. The fast charger was somewhere around $70. I said the description on the web site says it comes with a vehicle power cable and I did not want need a power charger. The next day I received the following note (This notification is sent to you from our shipping department. We regret to inform you that by the time your order reached the shipping process, our inventory on the product(s) you ordered was negative, therefore your order will be placed on a temporary backorder until we receive the product(s) back again in stock which will be in about 3-4 weeks.)

I called them and explained I have read all the reports about their company on ripoff reports and ask if I was also being scammed. The man said the unit I ordered was loaded with old 2006 maps and I could get the new maps for an additional $100. I said I don't care please send the old maps. He said I would have to wait 3-4 weeks. I then asked to have my order cancelled and immediately received the following note (Your order with our company has been cancelled. Your credit card has not been billed. All your sensitive data were deleted from our system.) I am now worried about my information !!!
