AbEnergizer RIPOFF: takes your $$, doesn't deliver, doesn't give refunds San Diego California

Credit card got charged in Feb. 2002. Didn't receive product in their promised delivery time of 4-6 weeks so called and called and called... Finally got an answer that it was backlogged and would take another 4-6 weeks.

Still nothing after 2 months, so called multiple times (an understatement) and finally got a live person. Told them I wanted a refund since I hadn't received anything yet. He said it would take 2 billing cycles and now 5 billing cycles later, nothing, nada, zip. Total scam job.

Called credit card company and they said if it was within 2 months of the charge they could have disputed it and I wouldn't have had to pay for it. So AbEnergizer knows how to work this.
