ANTOnline Atlanta Network Technologies Inc Sent wrong part, refused to refund or replace. Millington Tennessee

I ordered 8 GB memory module, ANTOnline sent me 4 GB memory module. I contacted ANTOnline customer service, they said nothing they can do. "Don't order this from us again, something is wrong with our computer system, you will just get the wrong part." Customer service refused to offer a refund or send the correct part.

I ordered a part that costs $149 plus $6 shipping for Corsair Dominator TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF 8GB 2 x 4GB PC2-8500 1066MHz 240-Pin DDR2 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit. They billed my credit card $161.39 plus Shipping & Handling: $6.98 for Total for this Order: $168.37 which is $12.39 more than they sold to me and $0.98 more in shipping than they said. They sent me a part that was 2 x 2 GB for total of 4 GB instead of correct part that should have been 2 x 4 GB for total of 8 GB. The part I got was worth only about $92.00. Customer service refused to offer a refund or RMA number. My order number is 1874979 , order shipped on 12/12/2008.
