Bankers Warranty - Square Trade Scam Warranty Middleton New York

Square Trade and Bankers Warranty is the biggest ripoff. Don't bother purchasing a warranty from them they won't honor it. I purchased an electronics item and purchased a square trade warranty, which was then sent to Bankers Warranty. My item stopped working properly and they approved the repair over the phone. Although my warranty stated all repairs would be available via a walk in repair facility in my area, they said there wasn't one in my city. Hmm I live in the capitol city, and they don't even have a repair place in one of the highest electronics communities in the nation! Unbelievable. Then they said I had to pay to have it shipped to FLORIDA. Once the repair facility received the item it took two weeks for them to decide what was wrong and they said it needed a few parts replaced that were defective. The item was only 1 year old and wasn't covered by the manufacturers warranty. Bankers Warranty said they wouldn't cover it either stating the parts were not covered under the warranty. I asked what parts would be covered and they wouldn't say, they kept saying the parts that were defective were not covered and I would have to pay for the repair to get my phone back. WHAT A HOAX!

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A SQUARE TRADE OR BANKERS WARRANTY!
