Blue Blue Bay Electronics ,Blue Bay Electronics "Bait and Switch" RIPOFF MURFREESBORO, Tennessee

I ordered two IPOD Touches for my kids for Christmas through the Pricegrabber.com website which lists many vendors that have the product available. They usually are very explicit if the item is a refurbished item. It is printed in red lettering under the price. I contacted them and they do not have any indication that this item was ever listed as a "refubished" item.

The email invoice message that I received from Blue Bay Electronics did not say anything about this being a refurbished item, and there was no invoice in the package that indicated that these were refurbished either. When I purchased these items, I was extra careful to make sure that I was purchasing new items but I received "refurbished" items.

As soon as I received the items, I noticed that the boxes were marked "refurbished". I called them right away and they said I could send them back but they want to charge me a 5% restocking fee, plus the insurance and postage that I spent to ship these items back. I gave them all of this information but they are just trying to ripoff people like me thatwork hard to earn an honest living.

i sent the items back anyways. I can't beleive that these people can rip people like me off and get away with it.

BE CAREFUL, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BLUE BAY ELECTRONICS!!!!
