Brookstone Shipped wrong product twice. after two months still no refund Mexico, Missouri

I ordered a product costing $280.  They sent a product that costs $50.  Took three weeks to get a return mailing label. Spoke to 7 different people in customer service.  I asked for a refund. They sent another product. Shipped this back. Almost two months since I first ordered the product and still no refund.
