clickDVDshop.com home dvd videos ordered Have gun will travel tv series 7 yrs but did not receive as stated/unable to contact Internet

on Dec. 12, 2009 I went on-line and found Clickdvdshop offering Have Gun Will Travel TV series of 7 years for $84.95 and ordered with MC card. Money was taken on 12/13 by Clickdvdshop. com but billed to Master Card under name, Homedvdvideos 6464033717KNA for $104.90 with an arrival date of between 10-14 days. As of 12/28, item has not been received. Went on -line and found site for Rip Off Report and found many complaints about same company. Called my MC card company 12/28 after reading reports and made acomplaint with their Disputes Dept.They were familiar with the company and had 2 ongoing complaints with same story. My $104.90 was credited to my account by MC, a dispute registered. If I by chance recieve the dvd set, I am to call MC or if Clickdvdshop/home dvdvideos challenges the refung/dispute, I will be notified by MC whereupon the dispute will continue.

It appears that I too have been ripped-off like the many customers that reported this scam before me.

LESSON:research any site with which U intend to do business and pay with a card so that U have recourse and support in getting your $ reimbursed.
