On March 3rd, 1998 I called in respinse to the materials I received from the Comptuter Shack, 13610 N. Scottsdale Road,
Suites 10-297, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. In a few days i received a 10th Edition of the Computer Products Catalog, the Confedintial
Consumer Electronics Club Catalog and the Confidential Dealer Price lists. My form of payment was through my American Express
credit card. The total paid was $159.90.

It soon became apparent that I have not use for the membeship and
and in accordance with the guarantee i requested a refund. I have never received a response of any kind.
