Dealtree For Best Buy Netbook refurbs Los Angeles California

Dealtree was getting rid of Best Buy refurbs (with Linux) for $149.95 + tax and free shipping.
I ordered one, they charged me for two and shipped me THREE. The problem was that there was NO INVOICE or paperwork of any kind in the box. This meant that is was very difficult to contact them AND I had no proof of purchase for the 3M warranty.

I decided to keep the second unit and put the 3rd on a shelf to see what would happen.

Several weeks later I received a rude email from them asking me to call them right away to avoid "further action." I wrote back that I could not deal with them until I received a copy of the invoice to see what they had done and that any returns would have to be at their expense.

No response yet, but someone called very shortly afterward and left a message to "see how satisfied" i was with their service. She asked me to call the SAME number as the rude email.

It's obvious that there has been a major shipping screw up and they are trying to put the pieces together. But by not providing an invoice, it's like selling the items "as is." So I am holding the 3rd unit hostage until the paperwork arrives.
