Placed an order 11/30. Order was not shipped for two weeks. I filed a dispute with paypal. The company provided paypal a tacking which did not include 1/2 the order. Order was receive incomplete before Christmas. Paypal closed the dispute because of the tracking this company did provide and now they are completely non-responsive. It has now been a month and the order missed the Christmas deadline. I ordered replacements and got them in three days. I have sent numerous messages without response requesting tracking or status. Last week I started requesting a refund because I no longer need any hardware from this company. Be warned, horrible shipping practices and customer service. This is the last response I have gotten from them 12/23. I have not received the missing part of the order nor a refund. Over 30 days is unacceptable and the right thing would be to refund my payment instead of ignoring the customer.

These where shipped out in another package because of customs. They will arrive very soon. VERY sorry for all of this. This is not good service we realize this and are working to fix this for the future.
