Purchased 7 inch laptop , unable to connet to internet. Called for support, no response. Called for return merchandise aurthorization number. Sent item back as directed. 8 weeks later still no refund. Called number listed for customer service left many messages. No response. Sent email, received automated response. Sent letter to Attorney General of our state.
