I placed an order with TVDVDBOXSET.COM and everything on the emails saying item was being expedited quite quickly and after almost a month I have yet to receive item I have ordered. This company has, of course, billed and received money from my bank and is paid in full including shipping. I called the Canadapost with my tracking number that was in my email and the representative said that the item was not received and the tracking number was no good.

We seem to be associated with tvdvdboxsetS.com by many people because our domain names are very similar. We have no 's' in our domain name - we are tvdvdboxset.com. We believe this complaint is a typo.

Daily we are getting complaints and order information requests for customers of tvdvdboxsetS.com this is because they provide no contact number or email contact information on their website. We do.

A search of tvdvdboxsets.com will revealGarcia Media Group Or SXR CA that this is probably the company that was meant to be referred to in this complaint.

Also if you go to our website and do a test order you will see we are simply an advertiser for Amazon and its sellers. All order processing and order support is handled by Amazon and its sellers.
