I submitted an invention to director Ed lowe and paid $360 for the patent search and $760 for the research portfolio. When they asked for $5000. more dollars iI told them i would try to promote the idea myself . I recieved and signed a contract agreement with a utility patent guarantee for 12 years and a certificate containing the signatures of the presedent and my director coordinator. A certificate of absolute confidentiallity the name of the idea and date issued in Jan 2002. i called in one or two times to make sure the patent was secure and i never heards from them again. 

I was walking through circut city and there it was on the shelf from five or six different vender ,with prices ranging from 39.00 to 189.00 and this was in every dept store that i have been in every since. I called the company and they said that they dont keep recordsof invention for six years..Its an invention with a 12 year utility patent.
