i bought the item for my wifes Christmas. she did not want it. i contacted the company and they gave me instructions on how to return it. i did this in january of 2009. they keep asking me for the same information over and over again to issue the credit. i have given the information to them three times and still have not received my credit of $139.94. can you help me?
