Hastings Electric Inc. WANTED US ARRESTED!!!! Canon Georgia

My husband and I own rental property and needed something fixed. Well Hastings Electric sent a bill which we did not get. Hastings sent out a 2nd bill which we did get and paid right away. Guess what, the check got lost in the mail. My husband and I have never been late on a bill in 30 years!!!! James Hastings used horrable language, did not believe we already sent out payment and went to the magistrates office and filed a judgement against us. I could not believe it. Now mind you, he sent his first bill out only 3 weeks prior to the 2nd ck. So we are not even 30 days late. So we stopped payment on the 1st ck which cost us 35.00, wrote James Hastings a 2nd ck and he had the nerve to send it back stating that we owed him another 70.00 for the magistrate fee. We were so angry!!!! Needless to say we paid the bill in full but it makes me so MAD THAT THE BAD GUYS GET AWAY WITH SH-- LIKE THIS!!!!!!!! Do not even think about using this company for anything. He has a horrible reputation and I wish I would have known this before we had him lift a finger on our rental property!! Horrible Horrible buisness man and individual!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
