I returned a Gateway Laptop a few years ago, I am still fighting for my refund today. The Laptops that I did keep both crashed so often that we had to put them aside and stop using them, total junk! Another Gateway desktop, I called while in warranty because the monitor did not work and the keys stick on the keyboard i just called to see what is happning they tell me that my warrenty has expired and they are sorry but I can purchase an extended warranty... are you nuts I should have recieved that monitor and keyborads while it was in warranty WHEN I MADE THE CALLS including the laptops they got rich off me and i got nothing, still no monitor or keyboards or laptops. What a joke I paid thousands of dollars and can't get the items to replace the bad ones and i called while in warranty! Other items I returned and they claim they never recieved them to refund my money are: gardening gloves, a hand held TV, a 3 phone set for the home, AND THE OBAMA COINS another joke is when I purchase an item with "FREE S/H" and return the item they charge your credit card a rediculous high fee when I called and ask how could that be because they claim it's free s/h I was told that "the items are NOT free! Needless to say that I no longer shop HSN because of this mess of getting my money back especially the 2,000.00 computer that they claim they never recieved. Another problem is that after 30 days they will not help you to locate the item that is "lost" you are strickly on your own. I asked how can this be when they are the one who knows who they have contract vendors that they order from and I am certain that someone should be logging in serial numbers on the returns, YOU WOULD THINK THAT WHEN THEY RESELL THE ITEM TO SOME OTHER PERSON THAT THAT SERIAL NUMBER SHOULD RING A BELL THAT IT IS A DUPLICATE. It's an uphill battle but I want my money back I followed their rule but it feels like I am fighting city hall. PLUS the Dyson vacuum called on that BEFORE THE 30 DAYS WAS UP and was told to call the manufacturer it does not pick up well they wanted me to bring it into a shop but I would have to pay and they say it has a 5 yr warranty, also purchased a Victoria Wick bracelet was reported on the show that it was 14K gold I PAID A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR THAT BRACELET when I took it for cleaning at a local Mall I was told that it was NOT REAL GOLD AT ALL! NOT ONLY WAS I IN SHOCK I AM STUCK WITH PAYING ALL THAT MONEY ON A FOOLS GOLD ITEM. I repeat I NO LONGER SHOP HSN.

I'm sure HSN is glad

Sounds like you buy things only to return them. Try a hobby instead of watching Home shopping channels.
