My husband purchased an I-Pod Trio from I Play Tunes for me for Christmas, the quality of the item is so poor we decided to return it. Guess what? All sales are final! No refunds. They are giving mall kiosks a really bad name.

Is this even legal? I do not want to exchange the item as it is obvious they sell cheaply made, poor quality items. Why would I want anything else from this store?

Trust me and save your money... Do NOT shop at I Play Tunes!
