IDCservco Business Services Whrehouse Service Center Called about our Xerox copier selling toner. Thought they were from Xerox and ordered. Later found out they weren't from Xerox and our Xerox lease included free toner. They wouldn't let me reeturn cULVER cITY, California

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM A STRANGER CALLING ON THE PHONE.  That is my lesson.  A woman called our office saying she was calling about our Xerox toner.  I thought she was from Xerox (how else would she know we had the Xerox).  I checked the internet to see what the toner was selling for and her price seemed about the same, so ordered toner.  She later called again and said the second installment of our order was ready to be sent.  I didn't realize there were two installments, but  said fine.  A few weeks later she called again.  Now I was getting mad, but she said she couldn't change the order.   After receiving 2 toners of each color, I said that was enough.  Then I found out that the toner wasn't from Xerox (who would have taken back the toner and given a credit) and that under the terms of our lease toner was provided.  I called IDC and was told they were not the seller and I had to call the seller, Warehouse Service Center.  Yet none of the paperwork showed any name other than IDCServco's.  I called the number she gave, but could never get a human or anyone to respond to my messages.  We paid $7,219.908 for the toner and I really feel ripped off.
