IO ordered ink on 9/9/2011. It is noow 10/10/2011. I have not received the ink. I have e-mailed this people over 20 times, faxed them 2x and have attempted to call. They used to have a phone number but now longer have it on the web page. Early last week I did receive a note stating that they now have every thing and will ship it via air. It is 80 miles from their land address in Gilroy to where I live. They must be using an airline that is as bad as they are.......Do not do business with these people....They will only steal your $$$$$$.

I am going through the exact same thing. I ordered my stuff 9-19-11. Now its 10-11-11 All I get is an automated email saying it will ship in 2 days. I have gotten this email 5 times or so. I call and no one ever picks up and now they removed the number from their website.
